Studies have shown that it can even reduce pain. In meditation, we eliminate negative thoughts and focus on the present moment. This is also referred to as “mindfulness.” Meditation declutters and calms the mind, improving your overall emotional well-being. The benefits are almost immediate. It also sharpens the mind, lengthens attention span and reduces memory loss, helps fight addictions and improves sleep. Our Guided Meditations are excellent, even for beginners. We have numerous facilitators on staff who execute many themed, purpose meditations. You will be “guided” through narrative, to relax your body and mind, and taken on a “journey” to reach a specific goal. We offer both group and private meditation.
