This is the World Health Organization’s recommended Formula No. 1. Our sanitizer contains only 4 ingredients: ethanol, hydrogen peroxide, glycerol and distilled water; alcohol percentage is 70%. The WHO formula is a liquid, not a gel. As such it is multi-purpose. This can be used directly from a bottle or transferred to pump bottles and/or spray bottles
