Relax with Hypnosis
Relax with Hypnosis. With Lisa’s help she will teach you how to relax and help you release any stress, anxiety and tension you feel. It’s time for you to have a time out that is just for you and you alone to relax and let go. You will leave feeling relaxed, confident, motivated and most important feeling positive. Hypnosis works with your subconscious mind where all your memories, emotions and your habits are stored. Lisa guides you into a relaxed state so she can communicate with your subconscious mind giving you positive suggestions.
These sessions are held monthly.
