PARTING OF THE VEIL SAMHAIN SOCIAL

Samhain is one of the most special and powerful days on the Pagan Calendar. Samhain (pronounced SAH-win), Halloween, All Hallow’s Eve, All Soul’s Eve is also considered The Witches’ New Year and marks the end of harvest. It is said that on Samhain, the veil between the world of the living and the dead is the thinnest. Therefore, this is the time of the year easiest to communicate with spirits. It is a time for us to honour our ancestors and loved ones passed. It is an opportunity to release what no longer serves us, so that it may die and be reborn to a new life.

Join Wiccan High Priestess in our sacred space for a FREE ceremony at 11am.  Karyn will open, sweep, cast circle and call quarters.  With an energy raising chant, we will invoke and summon the Triple Goddess, Hecate, in all her Crone Glory.  Through prayer, blessing and ritual, we will celebrate the aging Mother Goddess as she passes to Crone, preparing for death and rebirth.  We will open the Gateway to the underground magic of the day.  “Release and Regret Burning” is available all day at our altar at no charge.

Please feel free to bring a picture of a passed love one and light a candle to place on our altar during ritual. Candles will be available for 89¢
