DIY Samhain Smudging Feather Fan

Smudging is a ceremonial practice which involves the burning of sacred herbs (white sage, palo santo, etc) or resins to cleanse and bless space, objects or people.  Feather fans or smudge fans are made from two or more feathers, bound together to form a fan, used to fan smudging smoke.
