The Harvest Moon is the Full Moon closest to the Fall Equinox, also known as the Sabbat, Mabon!  Just as the leaves are changing, we too, are preparing for transformation from the summer months.  A time to release, reset and ignite the fire within!

Join Energy Healer, Sheila Makins in our sacred space for The Harvest Full Moon Meditation.  You will be “guided” through narrative, to relax your body and mind. Sheila will take you on a “journey” to illuminate and remove the obstacles that are interfering with your spiritual advancement. This is a perfect time for letting go of what no longer serves you & focus your intentions.
