At The Zen Shop, we gather in our sacred space to partake in Sabbat Ceremonies, paying homage to the cycle known as The Wheel of the Year. This cycle, also referred to as The Pagan Calendar, orchestrates a series of eight festivals, each deeply rooted in the rhythm of nature.
The Solar Holidays, comprising the solstices and equinoxes – Yule, Ostara, Litha, and Mabon – symbolize pivotal moments in the Earth’s celestial dance around the sun. These occasions mark shifts in seasons and offer opportunities for reflection and celebration.
Complementing these are the cross-quarter days: Imbolc, Beltane, Lammas, and Samhain. These Sabbats, occurring between the solstices and equinoxes, serve as midway points, bearing significance in agricultural and spiritual contexts.
The observance of these Sabbats holds importantt significance for both ancient and contemporary Pagans, as it fosters a deep connection with the natural world and its cycles.
Our Sabbat Ceremonies incorporate authentic folk traditions and ritual practices, providing participants with a meaningful and enriching experience. Moreover, our circles are inclusive and open to all who wish to join in our reverence for the seasons and the spiritual journey they signify.
We invite you to consult our calendar for information on upcoming events, as we welcome all seekers to join us in honoring the sacred cycles of the Wheel of the Year.
